Q: How can I view the status of my order?A: In order to check an order status online you must register during checkout process. If you are a registered user, click on My Account link, at the top of the Home page and login when prompted. Click on the View Order Status link to display a list of all your orders.
Q: What are your shipping costs?A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by clicking on ESTIMATE SHIPPING & TAX Link when viewing the shopping cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: Do you allow pick-ups?A: No, we don't have store front, so we don't allow pick-ups? Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?A: We are required to collect Sales Tax on any order with New York State shipping address. Q: Who pays for customs fees and other import taxes on International shipments?A: Buyers are responsible for VAT, Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any). Q: Can we return Clearance Item(s)?A: You can return Clearance item(s) for exchange only. In case we cannot replace it with a similar product we will issue store credit.
