SHIPPING:
We offer United States Postal Service (USPS) & United Parcel Service (UPS) for both Domestic and International orders. If you have any questions about shipping rates and/or delivery times, please email help@zopid.com (also see INTERNATIONAL BUYERS section below)
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us via email help@zopid.com, within 7 business days if any thing is missing or damaged.

Please follow instructions on User Manual or contact customer support team by sending email to help@zopid.com for any operating or technical questions before sending back the item.

No returns will be accepted, for refund or exchange, without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please email
help@zopid.com to get RMA Number and correct return shipping address before returning the item(s).

Return must be post-marked within 7 days after receiving the RMA number

No refund/exchange after 14 days.

Product is covered under manufacturer warranty after initial 14 days of item purchase date - support contact information is provided on product packaging and/or user manual - also see warranty section below

Shipping & Handling and other service fees are not refunded

For items returned for a refund, for which buyer did not pay S&H charges, we will deduct actual postage charges from the refund amount.

Buyer pays for return shipping charges for items sent back for a refund

USA CUSTOMERS ONLY: For items sent back for an exchange due to a problem with the item or a wrong item was shipped due to our fault, we pay for both return shipping and also to ship a replacement back to the buyer.

Item being returned, for a refund, must be in its original packaging and must include all original package content

Inform us of any problem with item condition and/or missing item(s) at the time of getting an RMA number

Items that have been abused or mistreated will not be accepted.
- Items returned due to wrong shipping address, or refusal by the buyer to accept delivery or pay duty or other taxes on international shipment, will require additional shipping charges and restocking fee before item is reshipped or refund is issued.

If any of the return policy terms are violated, we reserve the right to charge 15% retocking fee or refuse to accept the return.
WARRANTY:
All products offered on our site are backed by US Distributor and/or Manufacturer Warranty. Information about warranty is included with the product or email help@zopid.com to get warranty information about specific item(s).
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
- For orders placed with Standard Shipping as the order Mailing Service, we can only provide proof of shipping (i.e. shipment was accepted by US Post Office) , there is no tracking information available for this shipping service - if for any reason the shipment is not delivered, we won't be responsible for non-delivery. If you need tracking information, then make sure to select Priority Mail w/ Insurance as the shipping service.
- Please email help@zopid.com to check approximate delivery time for orders shipping to international addresses.
- Buyers are responsible for VAT, Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any).
- Item returned due to buyer's refusal to accept package and/or to refuse duty & taxes will incur additional shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
- Please email help@zopid.com to confirm voltage and other technical requirements to operate any products in your country.
