Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


Q: What is your Return Policy?

Q: Do all the products you sell come with Warranty?

A: Yes, everything we sell on our store comes with Warranty. Please see our Store Policy Page for more information


Q: Do you allow pick-ups?

A: No, we don't have store front, so we don't allow pick-ups?


Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?

A: We are required to collect Sales Tax from buyers with New York State address.


Q: Who pays for customs fees and other import taxes on International shipments?

A: Buyers are responsible for VAT, Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any).


Q: Can we return Clearance Item(s)?

A: You can return Clearance item(s) for exchange only. In case we cannot replace it with a similar product we will issue buyer store credit.
