Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: In order to check an order status online you must register during checkout process. If you are a registered user, click on Order Status link, at the top of the Home page and login when prompted. The Order Status page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do all the products you sell come with Warranty?

A: Yes, everything we sell on our store comes with Manufacturer Warranty. Please click on Product Support tab for more information

 

Q: Do you allow pick-ups?

A: No, we don't have store front, so we don't allow pick-ups?

 

Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?

A: We are required to collect Sales Tax for an order with New York State shipping address.

 

Q: Who pays for customs fees and other import taxes on International shipments?

A: Buyers are responsible for VAT, Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any).

 

Q: Can we return Clearance Item(s)?

A: You can return Clearance item(s) for exchange only. In case we cannot replace it with a similar product we will issue store credit.

 

Q: Do you accept orders with ship to address outside the USA?
